BCG

Every considered home begins with a considered approach to design.

The difference between an exceptional design and an exceptional home is everything that happens between concept and completion. BCG exists to close that gap, guiding every stage personally so the home that is envisioned is the home that gets built.

BCG is a boutique building design studio based on the Gold Coast, specialising in beautifully designed custom homes and major renovations across South East Queensland and Northern NSW.

Led personally by Bianca Gemmill, every design starts with how your family actually lives. From the studio to the site, that thinking shapes homes that make daily routines effortless, adapt as your family evolves and hold lasting value.

Thoughtful home design requires everyone working from the same page.

Bright open-concept living space with white vaulted ceiling, skylights, and polished concrete floor; features cream sectional sofa, wooden armchair, dining table with chairs, and large kitchen island with wooden stools under woven pendant lights.

Our Approach

Designing an enduring home is only half the job. The other half is making sure everyone is working toward the same outcome. We work closely with builders, consultants and trade partners to ensure every decision on site supports the design and delivers an outstanding home that's built for your lifestyle.

Client Words

We’ve had a great experience with BCG designs. We approached Bianca because we were wanting to knock down and rebuild our family home. Bianca has been extremely professional throughout the process; her empathy and problem-solving skills are outstanding. We love the fact that she is proactive in helping us to build relationships with other professionals involved in our building journey. We would recommend BCG designs to anyone wanting to renovate or rebuild their homes.

Client Words

We have had the opportunity of working collaboratively on a few projects with BCG Building Design over the past few years. The experience we had working both in the preliminary stages right through to post completion have all been extremely positive and highly professional in each and every way. Bianca is an incredibly talented designer who brings a huge repertoire of design skills to each project and has also welcomed our own design ideas with clients in the construction process along the way. We would highly recommend BCG Building Design to any clients who are looking to work with a Building Designer on the Gold Coast and create a stunning family home (or holiday home) that is thoughtful, functional and has a beautiful aesthetic.
