Hi, I’m Bianca Gemmill, a passionate and experienced building designer based on the Gold Coast. I specialize in creating custom luxury homes for clients seeking their own sanctuary. With over 18 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working on a variety of projects, ranging from commercial and hospitality spaces to schools, shopping centres, residential renovations, and new-build homes.

As a proud mum of three, I understand how important it is to create spaces that feel like true havens for families. My personal experience as a mother has profoundly influenced my approach to design. I believe a home should not only be beautiful but also functional, fostering warmth, comfort, and a true sense of belonging.

Known for my relaxed nature, I aim to make the design process as enjoyable as it is rewarding. I work closely with my clients, ensuring their vision is brought to life with clarity, care, and attention to detail. My goal is to create spaces that are not only stunning but also perfectly suited to the unique needs and lifestyles of the families I design for.

THE CREATION OF BCG BUILDING DESIGN

In 2015, I took a bold step toward turning a long-held dream into reality by founding BCG Building Design. After years of gaining experience in the industry, I knew it was time to create a design firm that would focus on what truly matters — delivering purposeful design that’s aligned with each client’s unique vision.

As a small business owner, I was motivated by the desire to create a company built on strong values: clarity, collaboration, and a deep commitment to quality. I wanted to offer more than just great design; I wanted to provide a personalized, transparent, and seamless process for my clients from start to finish. This was the foundation of BCG Building Design.

Building a successful company while raising my three young children has been a true blessing, and it’s shaped how we approach every project. I understand how important it is for families to have a home that isn’t just beautiful, but one that fosters warmth, comfort, and functionality — a space that meets both form and function with a sense of purpose.
