Hi! I'm Bianca Gemmill! I design bespoke luxury homes for clients seeking a coastal oasis.
With a holistic and personal approach, I understand the need for genuine heart and soul service, I will advise and walk you through the design and building process from the beginning.
BCG Building Design is a small bespoke company offering one-on-one service that is flexible and collaborative, making the process as efficient and streamlined as possible.
I value open, honest communication and take a hands-on approach, working inclusively with you to identify your project requirements. As we move forward, we will work together collaboratively, identifying design solutions specific to your project.
When designing a home with soul, I know intimately the need for the process to have an organic and fluid quality to ensure momentum. That's why I don't stop at home design and offer extra management services for all your consultants and certification steps.
I will build a deep understanding of your needs, so together, we create a space that aligns with your aspirations and goals and achieves the ultimate in design excellence with functional, well planning and considerate designs with a luxurious wow factor!

Here's a bit more about me
I started my career with a Diploma in Building Design at Bendigo TAFE and was lucky enough to land a position working for a leading building designer in Shepparton. Predominantly designing commercial office spaces for renowned developers, we also focused on shopping centres, schools, and hospitality spaces.
Gaining such a wealth of knowledge from local legends was a gift that later inspired a dream. So, in 2009, I relocated from The Murray to the Gold Coast with my husband, I started work with a local Gold Coast Design and Drafting Service, this is where I built my own reputation and rapport with local Builders and industry partners.
In 2014 life as I knew it changed with the birth of our first child, seeking a flexible work-life balance I knew the goal to one day start my own design business was the right next step.
BCG Building Design was then established in 2015.
Building a successful and highly sought-after company around raising children has been a profound blessing.
BCG Building Design has allowed me to conceptualise homes that exceed my client's expectations, bringing pride, happiness, and a sense of belonging while still allowing me to kick goals at home!
Raising three little ones, I understand the importance of creating memories and having a space where form meets function; design meets warmth, organic flow, and space creates rest, ease and relaxation, meaning that your dream becomes more than just a house.
In the age of Pinterest and Instagram, it's easy to get caught up in current trends, so knowing how to take those ideas and turn them into a design that endures takes thought, understanding, care and skill.
